JANUARY 21-28/08 ~~ RESONANT MOON ~~ 12 Skywalker - 6 Sun
MANIPURA – SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA - Tulan, Nayarit Mexico

7 day chakra journey, 7th moon of the year, 7 years, 7 generations ... each year representing a chakra from 2006 (root) to 2013 (crown)
.... this years gathering represents the Solar Plexus chakra, Manipura.
.... we wish to focus our intentions on the energy of fire, strength, will, courage and passion represented by the color yellow

The intention is to provide a sacred magical space and include intelligent and diverse workshops and co-creative programming which allows for the participation of eveyone. Please attend as an equal participant, we wish to encourage ...“"ever expanding circles of all inclusiveness”

Each morning will include a yoga practice and vipassana meditation, breakfast, a workshop and or activity, and free time to explore and be creative throughout the property. Each mid-afternoon will include a Dreamspell 13:20 natural time seminar which has been promoted as a continental Earth Wizards seminar that will become more intensive throughout the 7 days.
In the evening will share a vegetarian meal which we will include as part of your event contribution. We encourage everyone to take the evenings to connect deeper with others or perhaps offer small performances and share art.

We are asking $100pesos / day / person which will include camping, washroom facilities, drinking water, more fresh fruit than you can eat and 1 meal each evening prepared by Quetzalcoatl Restaurant. Please bring appropriate snacks for in between meals and try to bring your own plate, bowl, cup, utencils and biodegradable soap. Also consider the days are nice and warm, sometimes hot, but the nights are cold and crisp as we are at a relatively high elevation.
As for dogs, can't do it sorry... we love them dearly, but we have some wild dogs in the area which are protective towards the land, so we'd prefer to avoid any confrontations. If we allow any dogs, then out of fairness we'd have to allow them all, so again, sorry.

7:7:7:7 Manipura - * daily * activities include::
kundalini yoga, Vipassana meditation, 13:20 Natural Time seminar, an ongoing eco-structure building workshop, gardening and permaculture activities
* self empowering workshops offering ceremony, heart opening exercises, expression, toning, chanting, gazing and seed planting

What a gift to have manifested such a precious and abundant location as Tulan. We've named this incredible location Tulan as it reflects a mythic garden paradise as part of an ancient Nahuatl/Aztec legend. in many magical ways, an eden-like oasis nestled in the clouds surrounded by 7 mountains ...
Tulan is pure magic and abundance. we are 50 km's inland off the central Pacific coast on the Sierra Mountain range on (Cero San Juan) 3,000 ft above sea level overlooking the Pacific ocean (close to 400 acres). We have 2 underground water springs providing a source of fresh water to our space and the neighboring pueblo. There are numerous areas for camping , super copious amounts of fruit including all types of citrus, papaya, mango, banana, coffee and avocado. The environment is a sub-tropical rainforest and during the time of the gathering the climate is commonly semi-arid with hot sunny days with cool nights, with very little chance of rain.
There are Huichol families and communities living over every surrounding mountain. This is Huichol territory, thankfully we have been blessed to have their ongoing support and participation for the past 2 years. Our elder friend from last year "Custodio" will be joining us again along with his family and possibly others

Arriving to Tulan ::
we will be hosting a general meeting point at Restaurant Quetzalcoatl in Tepic which is the state of Nayarit. (calle Leon #224 norte)

Best to fly into Guadalajara or Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
Both airports are 2 - 3 hours from Tepic by bus.

The gathering location is completely accessible by public transportation, feel free to contact us if you have any questions. We have chosen not to post actual directions to Tulan on the internet in order to protect the privacy and sacredness of this space.

We are very fortunate to have received this location as a gift, to steward as a universal school and international center for native tradition, medicine ways, wellness and holistic healing, organic gardening / permaculture and example of sustainable living.

Tulan is ours to share. A warm, sunny, sub-tropical environment with big beautiful trees, hundreds of birds including parrots and dozens of hummingbirds, vegetable gardens and fruit orchards, The environment is magnificent, the Pacific ocean is only 50km's away, we are surrounded by jungles, mountains, all the elements, a ceremony circle and sweatlodge, altars, washrooms facilities and gallons of fresh water to bathe and refresh with.

All are welcome. Please invite those who you feel may be inspired by the intention of this gathering including those who wish to participate in building community networks and exploring transformation
Our hopes are that by hosting the following five 7777 gatherings in Tulan, we can open an opportunity to our collective family to participate in co-creating and designing a continental community hub. We will design the workshop schedule around forming this as a co-creative process. We sincerely wish for your visit and experience in Tulan to act as an example and source of inspiration of what one may see as "living life as the ceremony", living to the best of one's ability by example, in harmony with all beings, as one with nature and the galactic whole

This is a family style event and environment. …We welcome children. Please inform us if you are bringing any, because depending on how many we have in attendance, we may organize activities for our little wizards as well …please bring them!!
... Also keep in mind that your child's safety is absolutely your responsibility and we are in a jungle environment, so some of the creatures and terrain can be harmful and/or dangerous... This warning is for adults as well, be present and aware

Again, we welcome you to contact : chill@greengrooves.org if you have any inquiry's or questions

Most people will be camping. Understand there is no electricity on site so there is no electrical charging options or power available
... be sure to bring candles or flashlights (w/batteries) and whatever camping supplies you would normally need if you were camping for a week in a forest.
